The women’s ministry gathering was truly uplifting and encouraging. The ladies were able to enjoy some beautiful songs and were blessed by the words of encouragement shared by our women leaders. We also spent time in prayer, lifting up our concerns and joys to God. It was a great opportunity for the women to come together, to connect, and to support each other. We are grateful for the bonds of sisterhood that were strengthened during this gathering. As the Bible verse in Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” We believe that this gathering has helped to sharpen and strengthen each woman’s faith journey, and we look forward to future opportunities for fellowship and growth together.

The Open Door Foundation has initiated the “Weekend for Families of Heroes” program in the Ternopil Region. This remarkable initiative offers a valuable chance to support and assist the families of our esteemed heroes. Additionally, it serves as a meaningful way to express gratitude and demonstrate our unwavering support for these deserving individuals and their loved ones.

May God’s comfort, strength, and guidance be with the families who have lost loved ones in war, and may our team be blessed with wisdom, compassion, and the ability to provide support and encouragement during this meaningful weekend. May it be a time of healing, connection, and honoring the sacrifices made by these heroes and their families.

Our partnership with Feed the Hunger and New Life Christian Mission in Odessa, Ukraine is a true testament to the power of collaboration and compassion. Together, we have been able to address the critical issue of food scarcity and insecurity among those affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The impact of our joint effort has been truly heartwarming. We have been able to provide much-needed nutritional food packages to those who have been struggling to meet their basic needs. Through our partnership, we have brought hope and relief to the lives of many who have been facing immense challenges.

It is heartening to see the impact of our partnership on the lives of those we serve. The smiles on their faces, the gratitude in their hearts, and the renewed sense of hope in their eyes are a testament to the power of our collective efforts.

We are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these communities, and we look forward to continuing our partnership to bring about positive change in the lives of those we serve.

As the Bible verse in Matthew 25:35 says, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.” Through our partnership, we have been able to live out these words and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Our dedicated team had the privilege of bringing “The Greatest Journey” program to four orphanages in the Ternopil region. Over the course of the program, 315 children had the opportunity to learn about Jesus Christ and build a personal relationship with Him through twelve carefully designed lessons.

Our aim is not just to present these lessons to the children, but to introduce them to Jesus Christ and facilitate a personal relationship with Him.

The children received certificates of completion and were encouraged to continue their journey of faith and growth. The team members shared their heartfelt words of encouragement and gratitude, thanking the children for allowing them to be a part of their lives and for inspiring them with their
enthusiasm and joy.

As the youth group gathered together, they were in for a treat as Ruslan took them on a journey of exploration into the topic of responsibility. Ruslan shared a deeply personal story about his own experience with taking responsibility for his mistakes and the consequences that followed.

Despite the length of his story, the youth were captivated by Ruslan’s storytelling and his insights into the importance of taking ownership of one’s life and actions. Through  thoughtful discussion and reflection, the youth gained a deeper understanding of how taking responsibility is essential to living a fulfilling and purposeful life. As the youth group came to a close, it was evident that Ruslan’s message had left a lasting impact on the youth. They left feeling empowered and inspired to take responsibility for their own lives and actions. It was a truly remarkable experience that reminded everyone of the power of personal responsibility and the importance of sharing our stories with others.

It brings immense joy to share the heartwarming news of our partnership with Orphan Grain Train and New Life Christian Mission in Odessa. Together, we have been able to extend our love and support to the people of Ukraine during their time of war. Our efforts have been focused on providing them with essential supplies such as blankets, food, and other basic necessities.

Additionally, we have been blessed with the opportunity to work with the children’s hospital in the beautiful city of Cherkasy. Through this partnership, we have been able to provide warm blankets and sheets for their beds, bringing comfort and hope to those who need it the most.

As we continue our journey of serving others, let us hold onto the words of Psalm 82:3, which says, “Defend the cause of the weak and the fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.” Let us continue to extend our hands of love and compassion to those who are in need, and may our actions reflect the light of Christ that shines within us.

Gathering together with incredible mothers, we had the privilege of sharing a delightful brunch while delving into the topic of embracing God’s wisdom in our lives as we navigate the roles of mothers, wives, and homemakers. This insightful discussion offered practical insights on how to seek and apply divine wisdom in our motherhood journey.

Nurturing Our Souls with God’s Word: During our brunch, we emphasized the importance of immersing ourselves in God’s Word to receive the wisdom that guides our paths. As mothers, we recognized that spending time in Scripture enables us to gain valuable insights and principles that shape our decisions and actions.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) beautifully reminds us of this truth: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Seeking Guidance through Prayer: We acknowledged the significance of prayer inseeking God’s wisdom for every aspect of our lives. As mothers, we shared how prayer brings us closer to God, providing us with clarity, strength, and discernment in our mothering journey.

James 1:5 (NIV) reassures us of God’s faithfulness in granting wisdom when we ask: “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
